Hi huggies mummys :) So ds is just about 1 and lately I've been having a really low supply of breastmilk. Do you have any ideas on how to increase supply? I've been trying to have a mid afternoon snack but it doesn't seem to be making a difference. By the time his bedtime bf comes my boobs are practically empty thus making it hard for him to feel full and in turn making bedtime difficult. I never had this problem when I fed my twins(fed them till 18 months) so really don't understand why its happening this time :( I really wanted to feed till 18 months without additional feeds but at the moment I don't think that will happen :( I thought maybe I should introduce 1 cows milk bottle a day but then I'm worried that my supply will stop all together if I did that. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Sorry this is long.
